Costa Rica on a vacation from the computer industry and
staying 3 years, Bryan fell in love with the speed of life
and the depth of culture in Costa Rica. He returned to the
U.S. only long enough to make a career change. After
graduating from Culinary Institute LeNotre as a Pastry Chef,
he returned to Alajuela to operate Vina Romantica!
